Shutterfly is the market leader in digital personalized photo products and services. In 2015, the brand wanted to introduce Hispanic audiences to its new Spanish-language offerings including new design options, Spanish-language characters, and in-language customer service.

To introduce Shutterfly’s Spanish-language products to the U.S. Hispanic market, the brand partnered with a celebrity spokesperson and social media influencers to authentically connect with its Latino consumers. The narrative came to life through the production and distribution of digital content for Shutterfly’s web and social channels, which drove awareness and buzz for Shutterfly’s array of new products .
